Bath Reno #76 was completed in December 2018.

My customer decided it was the right time to install that second bathroom.

This 6ft x 8ft two piece bath features: a tile floor, independent vanity  lighting,

a timed combo ceiling light/exhaust fan and an exterior sliding door.

This makes for a very modern bathroom with very clean lines.

The basement location will service the adjoining large family room really well.
