Bath Reno #92 was completed in November 2020.

My customers decided it was time to add that much needed second bathroom to their home.

The chosen location for this new bathroom was the existing laundry area, the floor area to work with measured 36 inches x 62 inches.

A pocket door was installed to maximize the available floor space, we used a 12 inch deep vanity and standard size toilet. New flooring and lighting were also added to complete this new bathroom.
